Barry's Nobel Peace Prize

Some curious details coming out - from Norwegian media outlet DNMagasinet:
(Sweden selects all of the Nobel Prizes except for the Peace Prize. That one is selected by Norway)

BILL GATES AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN MET WITH NOBEL COMMITTEE CHAIR
December 2019: Berit Reiss-Andersen, chair of the Nobel Committee, had a question for the members of the committee. Queried by the Norwegian business daily DN, she asked whether they had ever had contact with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender and well-connected financier.

Former chair Thorbjørn Jagland, by now a regular member of the committee, was among those answering no.

It turns out the answer was yes.

Not only did Jagland meet Epstein, he hosted him at his lavish residence in Strasbourg, France. At the time, Jagland was the sitting chair of the committee, which awards the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. Also present: a philanthropist touted as a possible Prize recipient.

I have said before that BillG is not that smart.  He is incredibly competitive and his fortunes with Microsoft came about through a lie and being in the right place at the right time. If you are looking for a modern day Nikola Tesla (one of my personal heroes), Elon Musk is your huckleberry.

Much much more at the site - this is excellent investigative reporting.  Basically, President Obama's Peace Prize was bought and paid for. A fascinating read - it shows that our cultural "elite" are just as stupid as the 50% of our general population that is below average. These people have position but they do not have morals or wisdom. They think that they know what is best for us but they have never experienced life outside of their cushy bubble.

Specialization is for insects.”

I am missing:

• • plan an invasion,
  • butcher a hog (although I have butchered chickens),
  • write a sonnet,
  • set a bone and
  • die gallantly.

Doing sixteen out of twenty one is not bad. I wonder what BillG can do?
