The Made in China stamp gives me the blue-blind paralytic willies.  Even if Dominion was totally up-and-up (choking down laugh here), having the machines manufactured in China is a big red flag. Literally.  Dominion might have sent plans, specifications, code and such over there but there is zero guarantee that the received machines match those specs 100% - a secret back door somewhere? Hmmmm? So easy to do and do hard to check for. If this was an innocent mistake on Dominions' part, they are patsies and fools of the highest order.
