Looting has a new term of art

From Bayou Renaissance Man:

Really???
From Black House News, described on Twitter as "a Liberation News resource hub":

So looting, arson and general mayhem are now "acts of material liberation", are they? Well, if they try that in my area, the perpetrators are likely to be liberated from their material bodies by irate citizens - which is almost certainly why they haven't tried it around here. Apparently some "material" is too precious to risk "liberation" . . .

Many of the people I know on the island are armed. This is a very quiet peaceful community and we like to keep it that way.  Material liberation is frowned on and would be discouraged if it started to happen.

Also on that front, it seems that Amazon has stepped up to the plate.
From America's Newspaper of Record - The Babylon Bee:

Amazon Creates Online Looting App To Allow The Timid To Loot From Home
Amazon is taking a giant leap towards greater equity with the addition of a brand new "Loot" function. Customers will have the option of proceeding to the checkout to pay normally, or clicking the "LOOT IT!" button for social justice.

"If a looter is too timid to smash a window in person, or just too lazy to go outside, we should not be suppressing their important voice by preventing them from looting," said outgoing CEO Jeff Bezos. "We are proud to announce our new app: Amazon Loot."

Customers who select the "LOOT IT" option will be given a list of injustices and microaggressions they can select from that would justify their looting. Items will be promptly shipped in 1 day, just like Amazon Prime items.

The Bee is right on target.
