Just wonderful - the first proposed law has been stricken but all of these others are in committee:
- Assembly Bill A416 — Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health
- Assembly Bill A8378 — Requires immunization against COVID-19
- Assembly Bill A279A — Relates to adult vaccination reporting requirements
- Assembly Bill A7829 — Requires immunization of certain post-secondary students for COVID-19
- A08398 — Limits exemptions from immunization requirements by local governments and private entities to medical exemptions; repeals religious exemptions for certain post-secondary students.
- Assembly Bill A822 — Provides treatment for sexually transmitted diseases to minors without a parent's or guardian's consent
A279A completely tramples federal HIPAA privacy laws
A08398 is going to be an interesting test case for the courts
A822 is not COVID related but you keep hearing about pedophilia among the elites - Jeffery Epstein/Ghislane Maxwell are just the tip of the iceberg here.
There are some very sick bastards in the New York Assembly. Let us hope that the voters stir out of their slumber next November and vote these bastards out of office.
