In Deming, WA - the service was a little bit rough but they have only been open for a couple of days.
When we sat down, there was a gaggle of waitstaff standing around the end of the bar chatting while we were waiting for menus and drink orders We got these after about five minutes but service was really prompt after that. There was a little bit of confusion over some of the portions - I do not like the taste of raw red cabbage and asked if it was in the coleslaw and was told yes - but there wasn't. I then asked what was in the house salad and was told lettuce and tomatoes. I specifically asked about croutons and was told no croutons. It came with crutons as well as the very red cabbage I was asking about just before for the coleslaw.
We split an order of fish and chips - cooked perfectly. Three large pieces, very tasty and the texture was spot on.
They had an excellent beer service (6 on tap and about 30 in bottle) as well as a couple different kinds of cider. Large outside seating area and they do a full breakfast as well. Looking forward to trying that out.
