Got Thunderbunny (my truck) ready for winter with new oil and filters. Really like the quality of service that I get at the dealership - they have been in business since 1908 and are the third oldest Ford dealership. Still family owned and run.
Fixing some Falafel for dinner tonight - doing it fried as well as oven baked and cooked on the panini press. I cannot use a fryer in the food trailer so seeing how the alternatives will work. Made some vegan Tatziki sauce yesterday that came out really good. It took 24 hours for the flavors to meld but they came together nicely. Just ground the soaked garbanzo beans and now letting them rest in the fridge. Got to let the starch develop so they hold together during the cooking process.
