Got everything I needed in town and back home for the next couple of days. Doing taos for dinner tonight - got some tri-tip in the pressure cooker - one 14oz package of pico de gaillo and one can of Costco crushed tomatoes and cook on high for 20 minutes - comes out perfect for shredded beef.
