We had our traditional Christmas Dinner of Beef Wellington. This year, I made Fondant Potatoes for the first time - a little overcooked but now I know how to do it. Great crunchy layer at the top and absolutly creamy flavorful goodness on the bottom.

Be aware that in both videos, he runs the oven at 200° but this is Celsius or 400° Fahrenheit (technically 392°F) for us in the colonies...
We exchanged gifts - Lulu got me a Bob Kramer chef's knife. I was blown away. Lulu, her son and I had the pleasure of taking a knife-making class from Bob at the Mt.
