Making it in a pot instead of the pressure cooker (wanted a larger volume for leftovers) so it is taking two hours instead of 45 minutes. House smells wonderful though.
Came to the end of Season #2 for Gotham - going to check out Eureka and see if that is any fun.
Also, holy crap - this was recommended to me and it actually works:
The press requires a bit of upper-body strength but it minces the garlic really well. The silicone sleeve is the best garlic clove peeler that I have seen and I have tried a lot of them including kitchen hacks like shaking the cloves inside a mason jar. As for garlic presses, I have an older Henkels that I really like - don't see it listed any more at Amazon but I found a very similar one listed at Overstock. Having the option of two screens is nice.
