Family of slain DNC staffer Seth Rich blasts detective over report of WikiLeaks link
The family of the Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down on July 10 on a Washington, D.C., blasted reports that he was a source of thousands of emails leaked to WikiLeaks.
Rod Wheeler, a retired Washington homicide detective and Fox News contributor hired by a third party to investigate the case made the WikiLeaks claim, which was corroborated by a federal investigator who spoke to Fox News.

An FBI forensic report of Rich's computer -- generated within 96 hours after Rich's murder -- showed he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time, the federal source told Fox News.

The family of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich has gone head-to-head with a private investigator after he claimed Rich was in contact with WikiLeaks before he was gunned down last year.
Rich, 27, was shot dead in the city's affluent Bloomingdale neighborhood in the early hours of July 10 in what police claim was a 'botched robbery'.
It had been suggested that Rich was behind the mammoth leak of tens of thousands of DNC emails in the run up to the presidential election - a claim his father has denied.
