No Prime Rib - it was the restaurant's first anniversary and they were "featuring" a very limited menu. Had a rib-eye steak that was not a rib-eye - excuse me but I do know my cuts of meat. I have some New York's here in the freezer - I think I will toss a couple into the sous vide cooker and have those. T is about half-way done with her trip and expected up here on Tuesday - I'll cook the steaks then as a celebration.
Tired so opening a bottle of wine and surfing some YouTube channels. Got pretty chilled today too so want to get a good night's sleep. Deal with the truck and trailer tomorrow.
