I may do a quick run into Bellingham tomorrow or Wednesday - needed to catch the daylight today for a couple projects I am working on outside so I cut my time short. Gorgeous day but the temperature is still dropping - down to 23.2°F as I type. Brrrrrr.... Clear too so it is going to get a lot colder later this night.
Dinner was some baked chicken breast, brown rice and stir-fried bok-choy. Switched from white to brown as I am trying to keep my carb intake right around 20 grams/day and the brown has a lot more fiber which helps to offset rice's high carb levels. Still not too bad - a cup of cooked is about 30 grams and that is a LOT of rice! Seriously backslid what with birthday celebration and the excess Halloween candy floating around so time to get back on the program.
