Got the van almost loaded up - breaking for coffee and checking in at the store. Planning two loads to the condo today.
UPDATE:
Only got one load in but have a bunch more stuff packed into totes and ready to go tomorrow. Spending tonight sorting through the banker's boxes from the garage.
Making Feijoada for dinner tonight - haven't made that in a while and it keeps really well. Have it tonight and then take some down to Camano tomorrow. Interesting in that it's origins are from the food for slaves in Brazil. It has taken on its own identity and is now a national dish of Brazil. Much they way that Barbecue has become a mainstay of American cuisine. I am using a pressure cooker so it only takes an hour to cook.
