The video cables came in this afternoon. When running DaVinci Resolve, there is the option for a third display - this shows the final video as it is being edited. I have a nice television up on the wall so figured that would be a perfect display to use. Got a 20 foot display-port to HDMI cable from Amazon. Got two similar 10 foot ones too as my existing 6 foot cables were too short to be able to put the media computer on the floor. It takes a lot of real estate on my Dad's old writing desk so I will now be able to move it off the top and onto the floor.
It clouded over and the light is pretty flat so I didn't go out shooting. Oh well...
Spaced out on getting the chuck steak into the Sous Vide cooker so will do beef stew tomorrow. Heading out for some pasta tonight in a little bit.
Got all the paperwork and bills taken care of - taxes next. Got that paperwork separated and set aside so it shouldn't be too arduous. Using TurboTax this year but looking for alternatives. Using GnuCash for bookkeeping.
