Came out really well. Meat was fork tender and luscious. Made a bunch so I will get a few more dinners out of it. I was at the food coop today and noticed that their bakery does small bread loaves. Think of a quarter baguette. Nice and crusty. Some Kerrygold butter and I was in heaven. Stuffed but happy.
Heading out for a beer or two - back later.
