Doing some ham radio stuff at the Evergreen State Fair tomorrow for a couple of hours - gets me free admission and a chance to wander around. Farm on Sunday.
Picked up a bunch of music CDs at the library and digitizing them. Headed to Bellingham and then to Mt. Vernon to run a few errands and pick up the metal for my welding rod oven project. I think that this will be a fun video to make.
Had two pints at my local tonight - ran into some friends who collect old millitary equipment and they have three radios from the Vietnam era and are interested in getting them on the air. We are meeting Aug. 31st for me to take some photos and start doing some research. A fun project and great people.
