Former Sheriff John Green, who starts a five-year stint behind bars on Monday, was convicted of taking $675,000 in bribes and kickbacks in office.

Owe it to him??? The moke is a convicted criminal and is corrupt. You OWE him??? Says a lot about the new sherrif.

Oh yeah. The City of Brotherly Love's last elected Republican mayor was Bernard Samuel. His term of office expired in 1952. That would be 67 years ago. Nice shithole city.
