A cold and rainy day - just a few tenths of precip (about 0.4") but constant and in the 50's. Perfect weather for the first day of Fall. Got a cord of firewood in last November so it has been seasoning nicely over the summer. Perfect for heat this winter.
Got some seeds in for cover crop for the lawn - converting part of that to a garden and these will choke out the grass and weeds next spring. Some veggies, some flowers for the birds and the pollinators.
I was at Costco last week and saw this display:
