President Trump - their worst nightmare

Journalist Don Surber has an excellent point:

What they fear most about Trump
A story this weekend showed the worst nightmare for opponents of President Donald John Trump is coming true.

Breitbart News reported, "More than 6.2 million individuals dropped off food stamps since President Donald Trump completed his first full month in office, according to the latest data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

"The most recent USDA data shows that 6,268,285 individuals discontinued their participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — the program in charge of food stamps — since February 2017 when Trump finished his first month as president.

"Individual and household food stamp participation has consistently declined since 2013 back when the Obama administration was in power and enrollment in the program reached its highest point in U.S. history."

Those are 6.2 million more Trump voters. Obama gave them food stamps. President Trump got them jobs.

Don talks about the deep state for a bit and closes with this:

A job — or better yet, owning a business — leads to financial independence, which leads to self-reliance, which leads to (dare I say it?) independence. If the people ever realize they do not need a $4 trillion government, Washington is dead.

So true - the deep state needs us normals more than we need them. Much much more. They feed on us for their very existence.
