Fixed a ham sandwich for lunch and will be heading out when I am done. Doing a lot of recycling too - lots of cardboard boxes I no longer need. Feels great. Liberating.
Trip to the farm this week for sure - need to figure out the problem with the well (pump ($700) or pressure switch ($45)) and get the water back on. Winter is coming and it is going to be colder than usual.
Been surfing a little bit and it is interesting to see the various Fake News media praise al-Baghdadi as being a moderate voice. No - he was a terrorist. He was the power behind ISIS and he is directly responsible for the videos of ISIS victims being beheaded on camera and that one poor pilot being burned to death in a cage. He was a brutal tyrant who hid behind others. He is going to spend the rest of eternity roasting in Jahannam. The Onion did a great bit about Mohammed Atta and the rest of his 9/11 crew - well worth reading to see what is befalling al-Baghdadi. Can not think of a more deserving a*hole.
Christians used to be a bad lot but we had a reformation. It was a very difficult process and caused major rifts between different sects but we came out improved - it was for the better. Muslims need their own reformation. Right now, they are living a 9th century cult of fear and hate. They need to join the here and now.
