Making American Goulash - straight up comfort food but a good day for it. Using a decent pasta instead of elbow macaroni and spiced it up a bit but yummy and enough for another three or four meals.
Been trying an induction cooktop and loving it - as good control as with gas. Remodeling the kitchen and looking at getting a combi cooktop - two induction hobs and two (maybe three) gas. Still looking at what is available - need to sell the Maple Falls properties first as what remains of my available cash is going to the new shop.
