Not the gusty downpours of the cyclones. Much less Sturm und Drang but more of a constant and unrelenting fall.

You can see the initial cyclones and then the continuous rainfall driving the Stillaguamish river to ten times the average flow rate. Gage height is still a bit below flood stage:
A bit above eight feet and flood stage is at fourteen. My meeting is at 11:00AM tomorrow so planning to drive down after that and take a look if it is still raining or if the weather looks interesting.
