Last night, it was 32°. Tonight when I pulled in, the temp was 27°F. Gorgeous clear skies but it is going to get really cold in a couple of hours.
Was planning to work at home today but went up to Bellingham to bring some stuff to the condo. Staging the first of several very large garage sales - hold it in a couple of months. Tools.
Met up with another person from the arts association this afternoon - she brought over a bunch more music CDs of Christmas tunes. Getting quite the collection going... One of them was Kenny G - not a big fan. I love Pat Metheny's rant on Kenny G - big fan of Metheny.
Stopped in for my usual two beers before heading home and the television was airing wall-to-wall advertisements for Michael Bloomberg. The ads were targeting low-information voters. His tenure as NYC Mayor has been horrible. He had a great idea once, 50 years ago. That idea made him a billionaire. Great luck there and am not jealous. Having one great idea does not translate into expertise in other fields or corporate or political leadership (Dunning Kruger effect).
He would be horrible.
