The event was a lot of fun. Santa showed up, there were elves and even two real raindeer. I got to skritch them as I love large animals. The arts group got a room to ourselves and we provided tree ornaments for the kids to decorate (glue, glitter, etc...) as well as coloring activities, popsicle stick art projects. It was organised chaos but a lot of fun and we had about 500 people come through. This is a great event for the local community and nice exposure for our group.
L helped set up and was there for a couple hours but she has someone she is taking care of (medical issues) so did not stay for the whole time. We are meeting for coffee tomorrow.
