Meeting was not as well attended (40 instead of 69 people) but it has been raining a lot so this is to be expected. Water over the roads, flooding, etc... The rainfall has not been as sudden and spectacular as the deluge on the 1st. That was an atmospheric river or Pineapple Express. This has just been a steady downpour. Since last midnight, I have recieved 2.17" of the wet stuff. I will see what the total for today is when I wake up tomorrow. Quite a lot.
I drove up North this afternoon and many of the irrigation ditches were overflowing. The Stillaguamish River is not super high but the slope of the curve is matching the event on 02/01 and levels are building:
