Don Surber takes a look at corruption in Democrat-run cities. A two-fer:
ITEM 1: Break the Matrix reported, "Baltimore mayoral candidate Richard Vaughn’s criminal history includes felony theft, carjacking, and harassment charges.Baltimore, MD – Over half of the 32 candidates vying to become Baltimore’s next mayor in April have criminal charges on their records.
"The candidates’ startling backgrounds came to light just days before former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh is due to be sentenced in federal court for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and tax evasion, WBFF reported.
ITEM 2: Chicago says, not so fast, you Baltimorons.
Hannah Alani and Heather Cherone reported, "Chicago remains America’s most corrupt city, and Illinois the third-most corrupt state, according to a new report from the University of Illinois at Chicago. The report, co-authored by UIC professor and former Alderman Dick Simpson, is based on an analysis of the public corruption statistics published by the U.S. Department of Justice."
They get what they paid for - unfortunately, these cities are third-world shitholes for the poor citizens trapped inside. The politicians are feeding at the trough and not doing their job and taking care of their constituents.
