Seems much longer. Eight years ago today, Andrew Breitbart passed away suddenly at the age of 43.

Busy day today. Woke up to hear that Andrew Breitbart died unexpectedly early this morning. He was 43 with a wife and four children -- he did have a history of heart problems but this is way to young to go. He is someone who spoke truth to power and did it brilliantly -- it is curious to hear the comments from the liberals. Shows them to be the amoral power-hungry a**holes that they are. Obits here, here and here.
He wrote these words and they ring as true today as they did then:
“Walk toward the fire. Don’t worry about what they call you. All those things are said against you because they want to stop you in your tracks. But if you keep going, you’re sending a message to people who are rooting for you, who are agreeing with you. The message is that they can do it, too.”
