Another day in paradise - working on the house

Working in the crawlspace - some drainage issues from all the rain a few weeks ago. Putting a permanent hatch into the space from the living area. There are access points - one outside and one in the garage - but they are a pain to crawl into. This way, I can just pop the hatch and step down into the space. Done. It will be in the hallway where I am putting in the new flooring so I will be able to make it pretty much invisible.
