They were using video from an Italian emergency room and labelling it as video from a New York City hospital. From The Gateway Pundit:

Video clips at the site - this is really damning. Time for the FCC to pull their broadcast license.
Italy failed to implement social distancing and they now have one death for every 5,789 citizens. In the United States, this number is one death for every 157,499 citizens. This is 27 times lower. It is no wonder that the Italian hospitals are a madhouse.
