I am usually fine with Daylight Savings - no problem resetting my circadian rhythms but... it sure messes up my dinner schedule. I like to eat around 5PM - was working and thinking that a bite to eat would be in order. Check the time and 6:15PM. Eat too late and I'll have problems getting to sleep so not good. Just takes a day or two to reset but it always catches me unawares a couple of times.
People are talking about keeping DST as a permanent thing - why not just use the standard time zone and everyone get up an hour earlier? How hard would that be?
