The horror

Got an email that the local library was shutting down this afternoon for the forseeable future.

Got a couple of items to return - will also be picking up a week or two of new reading material...

The local community center is closed, our local CERT and preparedness groups are canceling their training sessions. We have not been deployed for anything but keeping the phone handy in that event.

Back in 2009, there was none of this for the H1N1 Swine Flu and there were about 18,000 fatalities throughout the entire US population - all age groups. It was not a media circus then because that would reflect badly on the administration. Can't deviate from the narrative...
