Got what I needed. Also, swung by this place: Tortilleria Mi Jacalito and picked up a bag of fresh corn tortillias. It was my first time there and OMG! They have the machinery to grind their own corn and manufacture the tortillias right there - you watch as they are being made. Talk about fresh.
There is a huge difference in flavor between fresh and store-bought. Huge. Very much looking forward to tacos for dinner tonight.
Picking up some sourdough starter tomorrow so looking forward to playing with that. Was into baking a number of years ago and it will be fun to get back into it again.
Lunch, surf and work here. Like I said, tacos for dinner tonight. Turned into a really nice day with a bunch more forecast for this week.
