Heading over to YouTube - nothing on the web caught my eye.
Picking up some sourdough starter tomorrow - been thinking about getting a batch going and someone offered some online - happy coincidence 😁
Been trying Melatonin to get to sleep - works great but two tabs are too much - slept in really late this morning and groggy when waking up.
Also, blocking blue light works really well too - I was using a free (for personal use) app called f.lux but noticed that Windows now has a "night light" mode which does essentially the same thing - you can dial back the level of blue with a given start and stop time.
