Talk about weak (to the point of being non-existent) leadership - from Minnesota's Alpha News:
Minneapolis and St. Paul Will Have 8 P.M. Curfew
As Minneapolis and surrounding area braces for more riots and looting, Mayor Jacob Frey has declared an 8 P.M curfew. St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter declared a similar curfew for his city
The curfew will be enforced all weekend from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Oooooo - that is going to really put a halt to this. The looters are already breaking the law - this Mayor thinks that a strongly worded Regulation is going to slow them down?
