God but that was delicious. Really hit the spot. Ahi tuna came out just right - great flavor and mouth-feel. Rice, bok choy and some salsa. Simple but a perfect combination.
Having a beer or two for desert. Sitting here planning tomorrow. Picking up my auction swag at the north end of Lake Washington near the town of Kenmore. Also planning to hit the Costco Business Center to stock up on more of the San Marzano canned tomatoes. Checked and there is a Trader Joe's near the Costco - hitting that too. They have a toasted sesame oil that is world's better than most. Really flavorful. Also jonesing on their Triple Ginger Snaps a lot and need to acquire a couple packages of them.
Need to run to the farm on Thursday - take care of something up there. Busy week.
