Finishing off some very overdue paperwork and a couple of bills. Overcast and raining so perfect day for hunkering down and working on boring menial crap. There is a Navy air station on the island next to me and they are doing exercises with large jets - low rumbling thunder rolling through the heavens.
Finally getting around to cooking the corned beef and cabbage for dinner tonight - the sous vide process takes about four hours for Tri-Tip so need to start it around noon. Perfect day for hearty comfort food. Grocery deliveries this afternoon and then prepping for the ham radio event tomorrow - a community event and me and a couple other people are directing traffic.
Working here for another hour or so and then out for coffee - surf for a bit now.
