All words, no action - Seattle

As much as I would expect - Seattle's Mayor is 99% virtue signalling and 1% thinking about maybe acting sometime but I need to get my nails done first. A two-fer from Law Enforcement Today:

First - from yesterday, June 22nd:

It’s happened again: Seattle police, fire blocked trying to respond to juvenile shot inside “autonomous zone”
Another person was shot in the Seattle “autonomous zone” late Sunday night.  And sources in the Seattle Police Department told Law Enforcement Today that the police and fire departments were ‘prevented’ from responding to the incident.

Second - from today, June 23rd:

Seattle claims they’ll dismantle the “Autonomous Zone”, but police sources say there’s no solid plan
Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan stated on Monday, June 22, they will begin to end the police-free zone called the “Capitol Hill Organized Protest” (CHOP) after one deadly shooting and one other shooting.

But is there really a plan to do it? Or is it all hot air? We’re getting conflicting messages between the mayor’s office and our sources within the Seattle Police Department.

Needless to say, much more at the two links. Typical:  lots of talk and rhetoric but no action. Push the narrative but don't actually commit to any kind of action - someone else might complain about it. Zero leadership.
