This is not about racism, this is about ruined families, a culture of drug dependence and futility and an addiction to big government. The Democrats need to keep the black population down on their plantation. Throw them a little lagniappe and harvest their votes. President Lyndon Baines Johnson kicked it into overdrive with his Great Society handouts. He is quoted as saying that "This will have them niggers voting Democrat for the next 200 years"

Remember, Dr. Martin Luther King was a Republican. Even Malcom X was a Republican.
