Went out to get a washer and dryer this morning - Nextdoor website deal. My existing washer had a bad water level sensor and that would have been $140 for the part. I paid under $500 for the washer and the set that I got today was a mid-range Kenmore for $100 for the pair. I will sell the old dryer (works great) and scrap the old washer. I have seen articles on how to reuse the motors - try that and then take the sheet metal to the dump for scrap. Maybe make a nice outdoor firepit with the drum.
Heading out for coffee. The Center has cut the grocery deliveries back to Wednesday only so I am a free man today. The big Farmer's Market is in town today so heading out to that. Pick up some more tea and maybe a run up to Costco.
Was really cloudy and lightly raining this morning when I woke up. Clearing off and mid 70's now - nice day.
