Not as hot as the last two days - small pleasures.
Errands done - I left Bear here as the places do not really have shady parking spots but taking him with me for some local stuff. Farmer's market and some groceries. Mailbox too.
Back in another hour or two - going to dive the tri-tip, mix it with the mashed potatoes and pick up some cabbage at the market. Have a sort-of Colcannon for dinner tonight. Irish comfort food. Throw in a few pieces of bacon to go with. My new double boiler will be perfect for heating it up without overcooking the meat.
