Doing a baked potato with some beans along with a salad for dinner tonight. Cheap, delicious and good for you.
Wish I could virtue-signal that I am now on the Goya BUY-cott bandwagon but I've been buying their products by the case from the local restaurant supply store for more than the last ten years. Good and tasty products, reasonable prices. Sauteed them with some onions, seasonings and a bit of BBQ sauce for tonight (and the next day or two).
