Democrats want to have as many COVID cases as possible between now and November so they can keep the Nation locked down. There are all kinds of statistical ways to play the numbers. The classic book on the subject was written in 1954: How to Lie with Statistics.

Drawing from old undetected cases (a lot of them are there), and calling them 'suspected' or using AB tests to detect them - but reporting them as current Covid cases.
