Just ran into this video and it is exactly what I have been thinking regarding organizing the house here. I have gone through so many revisions that people I talk with think that I am crazy. Maybe I am - like a fox. The spaces I have completed (video editing and office) are very efficient and occupy minimal space. The garage is getting there. The music room and the ham radio setup are almost there and very functional.
A new way of thinking and it is nice to get the affirmation that other people think it is a good way to think as well:
