There were king high and low tides today and had the camera set up to do a time-lapse but I moved the tripod by accident so the sequence was wasted. That was the last chance for this year - there are two more king tides but they occur after dark.
Next option is May 27,2021 at just after noon. High tide is 7:43PM and the sun sets at 8:55PM so it will be quite dark but still within range of the camera. I'll set it up for Bramping - there is free software for this for both the arduino and the Raspberry Pi. A fun winter project.
