Back to my usual schedule - heading out in a bit for some coffee and then back home to put together a large electric pressure washer and organize the garage a bit. The pressure washer is going to be invaluable for jetting out the existing drainage lines. Spending the next week or so getting the ground water problem fixed here. A lot of digging and installing some french drains.
When I moved here, I bought a smallish "home" electric pressure washer and it is fine for cleaning off the patio furniture but that is about it. I NEED MOAR POWER!!!
