ABC, CBS, NYT, Rolling Stone lose motions to dismiss defamation suit brought by Nick Sandmann
After both CNN and The Washington Post settled the multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuits he brought against them, former Covington Catholic high school student Nick Sandmann won another victory Thursday.
Four additional news corporations — ABC News, CBS News, The New York Times, and Rolling Stone — facing similar defamation suits from Sandmann all filed motions to dismiss the cases being brought against them. Each motion was denied by the court.
Heh - the media will have a painful lesson about telling the truth and not pushing the liberal narrative. Sandmann will not have to worry about his college fund (or anything else financial for that matter).
