Turkey came out perfect - the breast was just the right size. I have it cooling in the kitchen and will portion it out into vacuum bags tomorrow (fridge overnight of course). Enough for about three more meals. Mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, steamed rainbow chard and a waldorf salad. Going to run the dishes, clean up, open a box of wine (Costco Cab. Sav. - great deal) and call it a day. Some videos and an early bedtime.
Life continues to be a fantastic adventure - I would not miss it for the world.
