Been working - feels good. A video or two and then to bed.
Been doing regular nightly segmented sleep for the last several weeks - interesting. Been doing it intermittently but switched to full-time about a month ago. I do not need an alarm clock any more but my schedule is just as productive and I still reliably get up in the morning. To sleep around 9-10 (this used to be closer to midnight) - wake up for an hour or so around 2-3 and then back for the second sleep. Up around 7-8 AM fully refreshed. I usually read for a while in the early morning. Meditate sometimes. Or just lie in bed listening to the ocean and the rainfall. More: here, here, here, here and here.
