As the long march continues - talk radio
UPDATE: Media doing what media does. Total fabrication.

UPDATE BELOW:
What long march do you ask? This long march: The long march through the institutions

In the early 1970's the communists realized that a direct approach would never work. Who in their right minds? Right?  Instead, this:

To extend the base of the student movement, Rudi Dutschke has proposed the strategy of the long march through the institutions: working against the established institutions while working within them, but not simply by 'boring from within', rather by 'doing the job', learning (how to program and read computers, how to teach at all levels of education, how to use the mass media, how to organize production, how to recognize and eschew planned obsolescence, how to design, et cetera), and at the same time preserving one's own consciousness in working with others.

From The Telegraph (originally published in The Washington Post but they are an Amazon paywalled site):

Talk-radio owner orders conservative hosts to temper election fraud rhetoric
After months of stoking anger about alleged election fraud, one of America's largest talk-radio companies has decided on an abrupt change of direction.

Cumulus Media, which employs some of the most popular right-leaning talk-radio hosts in the United States, has told its on-air personalities to stop suggesting that the election was stolen from President Donald Trump - or else face termination.

And a bit more:

"We need to help induce national calm NOW," Brian Philips, executive vice president of content for Cumulus, wrote in an internal memo, which was first reported by Inside Music Media. Cumulus and its program syndication arm, Westwood One, "will not tolerate any suggestion that the election has not ended. The election has been resolved and there are no alternate acceptable 'paths.' "

The memo adds: "If you transgress this policy, you can expect to separate from the company immediately."

A Cumulus representative did not respond to repeated requests for comment on Sunday.

I like to listen to Mark Levin and Dan Bongino - both are on Cumulus.  Levin is one of their top stars.  This will be interesting and I bet some of the other networks are salivating at the chance to pick up some of these "A" List people. Mark's on-air comments:

"It appears nothing has changed in 24 hours," he said on the air. "Not a damn thing. The never-Trumpers, the RINOs, the media - same damn thing."

He went on to add: "I'm not stirring up a damn thing. Everything I say is based on principle and mission. Everything is based on liberty, family, faith, the Constitution. . . . My enemies and my critics can't say the same."

So true.  Like I keep saying, the Democrats have nothing to offer.  That is why they always cheat.

UPDATE: Listened to Mark Levin's show tonight and according to him, the entire article is a fabrication...  There never was a memo. He heard nothing pro or con about his shows. Inside Music Media did publish an article about "Cumulus Censors 416 Stations" but it is behind a paywall. No linky-love for you. A lot of other major networks picked it up but none of them bothered to verify or check their source.  IMM is published by this guy - a motivational speaker and writer with a broadcast career. Mark's site will have his show available as a podcast - he was very much on point tonight.  This show would be a great introduction.
