Looks like We The People are giving doses of Rule 13 to both McConnell and Cheney. I wrote about Sen. McConnell's censure two hours ago here.
Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney voted for the second Impeachment of President Donald Trump and she was roundly censured for her act.

13) - Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
Every RINO and Neocon in Congress, everyone in politics in general needs to be singled out. Frozen in the public's view. Their actions need to be made public and the public needs to know howmuch these turncoats are hurting our Nation as well as hurting their consituents. Get them out of office.
It is worth noting that Hillary Clinton's college thesis was on this man and his techniques. She corresponded with him.
Obama studied under several of Alinsky's diciples when he was an "activist" in Chicago.
Explains a lot. Time to turn the tables.
